On this one day course you will learn to make floors and hackles for your skeps. During the day all aspects of beekeeping in skeps, ancient and modern will be discussed. You will take away a finished floor and hackle. Weather permitting, it will take place outdoors in the garden. A varied and abundant spread of delicious vegetarian dishes will be provided for lunch in the pub. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available throughout the day.
