Change or cancel an order

If you need to change or amend an order please call us on 01673 858555 or email to sales@thorne.co.uk.  In most cases we will be able to assist but if the order has already been packed another order will need to be placed.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, give delivery instructions or cancel your order, please contact us for advice on 01673 858555 or email to sales@thorne.co.uk. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also of course return them to one of our branches or head office.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete please email us at sales@thorne.co.uk or call 01673 858555.

If you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately.

On receipt of your order, please check the goods thoroughly. Ensure any consignment note from the carrier is clearly marked ‘unexamined’ – deleting the words ‘in good condition’.  We regret we cannot replace any damaged goods unless this has been done.  Shortages and breakages must be advised within 10 days of delivery.
