Diagonally Wired Foundation

The foundation of choice for most beekeepers.  The diagonal wiring strengthens the wax.

One continuous length of wire is embedded into the freshly milled wax at an angle to the cells, eliminating any tendency to sag.

Both premier and standard grades are available in all different sizes.

Foundation comes in packs of 10 sheets but single sheets are also available.

We have been milling foundation in our Lincolnshire wax plant for over 60 years.  We currently operate two large melting tanks, two ribboning and three embossing machines, plus countless other melting tanks for coloured beeswax sheets for candlemaking.

Our wiring department has a mix of automatic and manual wiring machines, run by skilled operators.  All sheets are packed and sealed to retain the freshness.
