Wax Conversion
We were the first manufacturer to offer a beeswax conversion service. We convert 1lb of your crude wax into 1lb of refined premier foundation. The beekeeper pays per 1lb of wax converted plus a wiring charge if applicable.
We also provide a straight swap - the beekeeper provides the wax and we swap it for premier foundation, wired or unwired. No cash changes hands.
Most beekeepers bring the wax into one of our five stores but we do accept wax through the post. We also offer this wax exchange service at the Irish Convention, The Beekeeping Show, the Welsh Spring Convention, the BBKA Spring Convention and the National Honey Show.
