Our standard electric uncapping tray is a water-jacketed tank which quickly melts the honey and cappings. The wax and honey mixture runs down the sloping box, through the filter, out of the spout and into a suitable receptacle. It comes complete with a 1260W thermal cut-out heating element and fused plug and flex. Do not leave unattended. Spare grids are available separately. Mains leads and elements are available.
