Standard quality beeswax manufactured at Rand. It is dyed beeswax blended from a variety of sources and has excellent aroma.
This foundation is diagonally wired and the one continuous length is embedded into the freshly milled wax at an angle to the cells, eliminating any tendency to sag.
Some beekeepers may find it easier to spot eggs in the black foundation.
BS Deep foundation is used in National, WBC and Smith standard brood bodies.
