Save the Bees

Have you heard about the plight of bees? Do you want to help? Are you wondering if becoming a beekeeper is a good way to do that? And what type of bees are we talking about anyway? This day course will give you an overview of what helping hands the different kinds of bees require and you’ll get a chance to explore what steps you can take to help create a buzz in your garden, community green space or neighbourhood. The day will include an opportunity to look inside a working honeybee colony. Protective clothing provided.
