Our head office is situated in Beehive Business Park in the glorious Lincolnshire countryside. We have a large 5000sq ft shop, restaurant and museum.
Our Rand shop is our flagship store and is well worth a visit. In addition to browsing our store and talking to our experts, why not take a look in the museum, grab a bite to eat in the restaurant or even walk the grounds.
Do you belong to a local beekeeping association or local group? We are happy to organise factory tours and visits during the year. Just email sales@thorne.co.uk with your enquiry.
In addition to our online and phone Winter Sale, which starts late December, we also organise an annual Rand Open and Sale Day. This is normally held the second Saturday in October. We have a wide range of second quality hive parts and frames, as well as end of line, discontinued and shop soiled items. Items can be ordered in advance for collection on the day. Finding us couldn't be easier!
We are located just off the A158 approximately 8 miles east of the lovely cathedral city of Lincoln.
If coming from Lincoln turn left and follow the signs for Rand and Beehive Business Park. If you are coming from the east then take the right hand turn about one mile after passing though Wragby. You will find us one mile down this road.

Our 'Buzz Stop' restaurant is a lovely place to take a break and of course have a browse through our latest catalogue. We have a comprehensive menu, offer afternoon cream teas (must be booked in advance) and there is always a delicious, homemade, hot meal of the day to sample. Why not finish off with an amazing cake - Sandra - our restaurant manager- is an incredible baker!! We open at the same time as the shop and close at 4pm Monday-Thusday and 3pm on a Friday. We close 30 minutes before the shop on Saturdays.
